Downtime costs more than tyres
A van off the road for half a day costs most operators more than the tyre being fitted. That single fact is why fleet work is scheduled rather than reactive, and why we come to the yard rather than the other way round.
Four vans done in a morning at your premises is four vans back out by lunch. The same four sent individually to a fast-fit is four half-days gone.
Tracking tread, not waiting for failures
For account customers we record tread depths at every visit, so we know what is coming up. Replacement gets planned at around 3mm rather than discovered at 1.6mm on the hard shoulder.
It costs slightly more per year in tyres and considerably less in everything else. It also keeps the fleet legal without anybody having to remember to check.
Consistency across the fleet
Drivers move between vehicles, and a van that behaves differently from the one they had yesterday is a van that gets driven badly for the first ten miles.
So we fit the same tyre across a fleet wherever the fitments allow, rather than whatever was cheapest that week. It is a small thing that operators notice and suppliers rarely offer.

The three numbers off your sidewall, or your registration. You will see everything we carry in that fitment, fitted price included, and the next window we can get to you.
Every price is fitted at your address, balanced, with the old tyre taken away and the valve replaced. Nothing is added at the van.

How many vehicles do I need?
Three or four makes it worthwhile. Below that you are better off booking normally — we will tell you that rather than sign you up.
How often do you visit?
Whatever suits the fleet. Weekly for high-mileage operations, monthly for most, and on demand for anything urgent between visits.
Do you fit the same tyre across the fleet?
Wherever the fitments allow, yes. Drivers moving between vehicles should not notice a difference.
What about vehicles that go down mid-shift?
Priority response, included in the account. A van off the road is treated differently from a booked visit.
Do you check the plate ratings?
Every time. Car tyres fitted to vans is the most common fault we find, and it is an MOT failure as well as unsafe loaded.
How does the invoicing work?
One invoice a month, itemised by vehicle and registration, on agreed terms. No deposits and no per-visit paperwork.
